Novacraft Oy is a Finnish company founded in 2017, specializing in art and craft supplies.

Novacraft operates as an importer of art and craft products, which are currently sold in over 140 stores across Finland. We offer products that are affordable, but above all, extremely high-quality and safe to use.

Our warehouse is located in Pori, and all available products are shipped directly from our warehouse within a few business days. Our employees have extensive experience in the industry, so you can always rely on us for answers to any questions you may have. The Story Behind Novacraft Oy

The idea for an importing company was born unexpectedly after a holiday trip to Thailand.

In 2016, Novacraft’s founder Janne was on a family vacation in Krabi, Thailand. While exploring the area, a planned visit to a local market led instead to the city center.

In the city, a local bookstore’s window display caught Janne’s attention with its high-quality, visually appealing products — likely influenced by his background in the field.

I purchased a few products and tested them immediately at the hotel. I brought samples back to Finland and had my colleagues test them as well. The first impression of the products was very positive.

After that, a trial order was placed, including a set of colored pencils, a sketchbook, individual brushes, and a paint set. The products sold well and, most importantly, received excellent feedback from customers. After these steps, the idea of starting my own importing company began to take shape.

Novacraft Oy was founded in late 2017. Since then, strong partnerships with suppliers have been established, and the product range still includes items inspired by that original trip to Thailand.
